Why We Send a Video with Every Report

After working with over 100 organizations I have yet come across a pastor or business owner who really understands finances. Even though they have many strengths, finances have not been one of them. The probability that they are going to be able to fully grasp a finance report is small. Even though sending a summary bullet list in email can be helpful it is not as complete. We walk through what you need to know and highlight things you need to be aware of.

Time Savings

Everybody is busy. Most organizations do not need monthly meetings to go over the finances nor do they want to. A video is something that you can watch on your own time and it is also shareable for others to watch. Ours are usually no longer than 5 minutes (even shorter on 1.5 or 2x speed!) but we take the time to walk through the full picture so that you always know what’s impacting your church.

Do we still do meetings?

Absolutely! We encourage at least two virtual meetings a year but most do quarterly.
